Who publishes this
This site is published by the team behind Veira, a Kenyan business management and point-of-sale product. That is a commercial relationship and we state it on every page that mentions the product rather than presenting Veira as a neutral recommendation. You should read anything we say about software with that in mind.
What that means in practice
The compliance information here is written to be correct and useful whether or not you ever use Veira, because information that is only true in service of a sale is not worth publishing. Where a page recommends the product, it says so plainly and explains why.
What we do not do
We do not publish statistics we cannot source, requirements we have not verified against KRA or the law, or local details about a town we cannot substantiate. Where we do not hold enough information to write something useful, we do not write it, which is why some towns are listed here without a page of their own.
